5 wks preggy with fibroid & bleeding

Hi mommies. My 1st visit to KKH, found out ive got a 3cm fibroid. Have been having abdomen pain and cramps prior. Given folic. 2 days later i had blood clots and bled like i was on menses. Went to UO&G, was told my womb is still closed and that bby is ok. Given hormone pills to take for 2 wks. Its the 4th day now on hormones. Still bleeding (red) and pain still there. Am more anxious and super worried by the day to wait for my next appt on 16 dec. Any advises pls?

i had a polyp that caused a similar bleeding during my pregnancy and was given hormone pills as well. I had a few scares and went to UO&G too but thankfully cervix was still closed throughout. if you’re worried, can go do a quick check at private women’s clinic (eg raffles women’s) for a second opinion.. helped calm my paranoia last time

may i ask, how long did ur bleeding last till? were u in 1st trim when it happened?
