Is this miscarriage

Hi all. Just checking is this miscarriage? Went for my first scan on thurs and doc mentioned baby was at 6w4day with no heartbeat detected, went a&e on sat and also no heartbeat detected. Had spotting on wed and started bleeding on Friday till now (3days). No cramp at all.

I guess the best is to check with a gynae. And some 6weeks might be too early to have a fetal heartbeat. Happened recently for my wife too. May all turns out well for you.

U May better to check with ur ob and book for emergency consultation as can’t say without checking .. better don’t be late .. hope everything was ok
