Placenta Previa at 13weeks

mommies, who have experience this at fkrst. trimester.. but eventually ni okay rah once it reached. the 2nd and 3rd trimester? this was the reason why I was bleeding on my previous. post. I am just worried because I have partial placenta previa and I have dilated cervix.. but binigyan aku ni doc ng pampakapit Heragest for 2weeks 2x a twice.. but what I am worries ia ma change pa ba position ng placenta as the stages of pregnancy go on. Please help.. I need your advise especially sa mga nka experience nito.. im really hoping for normal delivery.. Thank you
