Phantom Kicks Post Partum

Hi mommies, i gave birth 9 months ago to my eldest, via C-section. Everything was fine except for itching and pain incision. Then this month i felt a baby kick like movement. Like it's flutters. It's freaking me out! I am not ready to have another yet. I just had my period 1 week ago. So it's impossible. I did some google research and I felt relieved that I'm not the only one experiencing this. They called it Post Partum Phantom Kicks. Anyone here experienced it? Please share your stories.
