Mommies, how does your spouse support you when you're experiencing PMS?

Sad to say, my spouse doesn't consider PMS as something unusual for girls to be excused about feeling or doing something. haha To him, it's all the same. I just don't understand why he doesn't believe in the symptoms caused by PMS.

Mahilig magluto yung asawa ko e, kaya madalas lang nya lutuin lahat ng foods na irequest ko. Palagi kasi ako ngccrave everytime na nagkakaPMS :D

He invites me for coffee dates or other things that will make me feel better like watch a tv show or take our toddler to the park.
