yes tama si OB mo. ang sugar di po dapat nasasama sa urine, kasi ibig sabihin nun possible na may diabetes po. more on fiber rich foods, less carbs and fats po. more on ulam ka like gulay at white meat (chicken and fish), eat fruits like apples, oranges, banana. (wag sa mga longgan, grapes, melons, watermelon or any fruits na mataas ang sugar content) you may also take wheat bread, brown rice, mais, saba, nuts, egg atleast once a day pwede rin.. yung white rice at white bread at mga juices po lakas makataas ng sugar. increase your water intake 3L a day atleast po. and regular exercise kungbdi namna maselab, lakad lakad po saglit.
