Buti pa po kayo mumsh nakakapag exercise ako po konting lakad lang hingal agad im on my 15th week na po.
cardio, core strengthening using dumbbells and resistance band mommy. low impact lang
prenatal stretching ska diaphragmatic breathing and kegels exercise. :)
walking lang.. lakad sa umaga, at kapag may bibilhin sa labas
