mas maganda tlga mag exercise sa mga not risky pregnancy kc nakakatulong sa mabilis na panganganak..simple routine like paggawa sa gawaing bahay, brisk walk,akyat naog sa hagdan at light zumba in the morning malaking tulong na para dagdag endurance sa paglalabor.
