I love mangoes and the really sweet juicy ones from Taiwan (not the sour ones from Thailand) and my doc has just banned me from more than a sliver of a slice a day. The natural sugars in it were skyrocketing my sugar levels and she was worried I could be at risk for gestational diabetes. So I would say go easy on the chocolates and go for the darker variety.

It is quite normal! But yes mama, you are right! Sugar and carbs in general need to be eaten in limited quantities. I would suggest to keep very small quantities of chocolates in the house, so that you don't end up binge eating. Also each time you crave, 'taste' it, and not eat it. Curb your sugar cravings with natural items like dates. All the best!

it could be a hormonal thing, so if ur aware of u eating loads try and control the same and also speak to your gynac about it.

Sometimes if you crave chocolate you could be deficient in magnesium.
