Unhappy @ week31

Hi there, Been having mood swings lately as I failed my glucose test borderline last week. Been told to cut all sweet stuff despite during CNY period... missing out all the goodies. As a foodie who loves sweets and everything yummy I’m having a hard time coping. Been grouchy and snappy and people around me .... doesn’t help when I see family members eating normally around me.... how ? Don’t wanna affect baby health yet I can’t help feeling down...

Hugs. I also failed borderline on the 2 hour mark. Try going for more walks / light physical activity to distract yourself from such feelings. I vented so very much on the borderline reading despite all my efforts to control diet and increase activity. If you hv a support group, it may help with coping mentally and emotionally. Also focus on the end goal, a healthy baby and that you can indulge at later stage! Jiayou!
