no yolk sac and embryo @6 week and 6days

Im so worried , just got home from check up/ ultrasound, showing gestational sac but mo yolk sac and embryo.. Im so sad and stress.. Mga momshie nangyayari ba talaga to..? Im scared,

Sis after 2 weeks try mo ulit mag pa tvs, ganyan din po sakin nun, 8weeks pa nga po sac palang then after that nag pa tvs ako ulit OK naman po kambal pa, don't worry
