How to handle vomiting and nausea?

I'm turning week 8 and suddenly morning sickness becomes worse. I now often vomit right after I eat and the nauseous feeling is ever present. I need to work everyday so this is really bothering my work. How to manage this as I still have 4 weeks to go in first trimester?

Try medication (Diclectin), hot ginger tea. Also try to eat frequently but in small amounts. There are more medications that your gynae can prescribe too, to add on to Diclectin, that are safe. So take them and don’t suffer ok?

You can ask your gynae for meds. Ginger tea might help too.
