weight gain, EOD BP

im pregnant 23 weeks.. did my monthly checkup n i gain 4 kg in a month.. nurse ask me to go to clinic every 2 days for 2 weeks to check my blood pressure.. anyone had experienced in this situation? any advice or tips to control body weight.

same to me..every two days go clinic chek bp and urine..my weight gain5kg in a month..result mogtt ok no kencing manis dr just advice jaga makan..
