Almond milk and sensitive skin

I'm allergic to Almond but now I'm consuming Almond milk because I thought Almond contains lots of calcium..But now my skin have a lot s of pimples on fore head..huhu..Any advice?

If you're allergic to amond before pregnant, you shouldn't take almond during your pregnancy. You may consume below foods that contain high of calcium : 1) Sunflower seed 2) Figs (buah tin) 3) Okra 4) white beans 5) mustard green 6) kale 7) Black Eye peas 8) spinach 9) tofu 10) chia seeds 11) yougurt 12) Cheese 13) Milk 14) sardines 15) meat
