5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

At 5 weeks supposedly may sac na dapat. Pero it's too early pa nga. Balik ka na lang ulit momsh after 2 weeks to confirm. Nung nagpacheck up ako 5 weeks ako nun may sac na. Pinainom ako agad ng folic at duphaston para kumapit si baby.
