5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

Meron na yan pagbalik mo. Same case lang sakin. Wag ka masyado magisip. 8 weeks pagbalik ko nagpakita na si baby ❤️
