5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

Nung first na transv ko, 4 weeks preggy palang ako nun. Though hindi pa nakikita ang baby kasi maliit palang siya, dapat may sac man lang.
