IFERN TESTIMONY‼️ First Hand Experience. Hello, I'm Ciara Cañizares, 28, and I have PCOS. Here's my story. Noong College ako, dito na nagstart ma trigger ung PCOS, STRESSED e. Dito ako tumaba, unwanted hairs developed. At halos 6 months na wala akong period at hindi ko pinansin, at bumalik naman un period. Fast Forward noong working na ko at shifting schedule. Ganon pa din na halos 6 months akong hindi nagkaperiod. Nag pa check up ako sa OB-GYNE at doon ko nalaman na may PCOS ako, sa pagkakatanda ko left ovary pa lang ung affected non. My Gynecologist prescribed me pills to take to regulate this Hormonal Imbalance. So ako, ok I took pills with side effects sa katawan, madalas na kain, tulog and repeat, ang epekto ng pills sa akin ay lalo akong nag gain ng weight. Also, kapag PCOS pwede itong ma develop into DIABETES. Sinabihan din akong mag bawas ng timbang dahil mataba ako at kailangan kong pumayat. Nahirapan ako, at hindi tinuloy ang medication. Nag pa-check up ako sa ibang Doctor, okay this time medyo alarming na talaga kasi both ovaries na ang affected same medications, pills and metformin ang dapat kong i-take. Hello?? Ang gastos kaya non! Goodbye 1k every 21 days. Obedient ako this time dahil 2 ovaries ko na affected e, Suddenly I stopped taking meds, and feeling ko hopeless case na ko that time. Nagpapayat ako hanggang ngayon kasi kailangan pa din un. Until my friend introduced me kay IFERN. Hesitant pa ako at matagal din nila kong sinuyo to try the Power Trio, di ko sila pinapansin, seen zone palagi. Pero I realized why not give it a try.
