Feeling down and alone

Id like to know if there are other ways to cope with depression? Im starting to have difficulty in breathing and palpitations. Most of the time my partner tries helping me but doesnt know how.

Depression generally happens because of suppressed emotions or too much stress. You need to figure out what is the root cause and address it. If you aren't able to do it then a therapist is the person to help you out. In the mean time, to manage it you should excercise regularly, meet your friends and family. Also taking up some creative activity helps a lot. Something like pottery or pursue any hobby you have.
