I left vitamins that is gummy alike in the car and it melted. Should I still let my kids eat them? It’s a whole new bottle :(

I was told that I should not let my kids eat them after it melted due to lost of nutrients...

Would it be safe - probably. Is it effective. Less likely. B vitamins, especially thiamin, are heat sensitive. Vitamin C will also decompose a bit in heat. So, verdict - probably dump them as it’s basically just melted candy right now

No, I won't do it if I were you. Just dispose it. Won't risk the kid's health. It's lot more costly if something happens than the cost of the vits.

Please don't let the kids eat. Get them a new bottle as vitamins need to be store in cool place away from direct sunlight

I don't think you should give them to your kids. You may have to dispose of them!

Kindly dispose them and get a new bottle for your kids
