Foods to avoid for healthy pregnancy

I know there are many foods we can still eat or drink during pregnancy (in moderation). What are the absolute NO-NOs?

Spicy and too oily food is a NO NO cuz it will cause heartburn (at least for me).

Raw food include sashimi and salads, unpasteurised milk and cheese, certain fruits like grape, pineapple.

Alcohol and raw food would be the big no no. Everything else in moderation should be fine.

unpasteurized milk, raw fish, too much salty, too much sweets, and proceeded foods

Raw food, High sugar stuff, alcohol, seafood with shell better to avoid for bacteria.

Alcohol, processed foods, raw meat (sashimi) , unpasteurized cheese, too much sweets

Alcohol and raw food. The rest is okay in moderation. Dont be too hard on your self :)

Under home page you may want to browse through under food & nutrition. It helps☺️
