Foods to avoid for healthy pregnancy

I know there are many foods we can still eat or drink during pregnancy (in moderation). What are the absolute NO-NOs?

Do avoid junk food, raw food, sodas etc. Other than that everything in moderation (:

Raw food, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, unpasterised milk, i think yoghurt also cant.

Undercooked and raw food. Fish with high mercury, a lot of sweets and caffiene

I heard it’s raw food like sashimi? The rest I do continue eating in moderation.

Alcohol, anything raw or not fully cooked, ham, certain types of cheese

if u feel like eating just give it a go...not too much tho.

is it safe po ba to have atleast 1 cup of coffee a day?

Raw foods, Junk foods, Softdrinks, Alcohol is a big No No

Alcohol, any foods high in salt or sugar. Eat everything in moderation.

Raw food like sashimi, half boiled eggs, raw oysters etc
