As with all pain relieving products, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using Deep Relief Anti-inflammatory Gel and Deep Relief Joint Pain Gel during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Medicines can effect the unborn baby. Always talk to your Doctor or Pharmacist before taking any medicine in pregnancy.

Try using 2 tennis balls, put in a long sock then tie a knot. Sit close to the wall. Put the balls around the neck area especially area where ache or tension is... Then move abit around to let the balls release some tension. Learnt it from prenatal yoga class haha.

Dont advisable to use during pregnancy. https://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/aches-pains/a8846/salonpas-pain-relief-patches/
