Salonpas for back pain.

#1stimemom , can i use salonpas or other medicated patch for my back pain? What are the alternatives that i can use/take to lessen my back pain?

I used it when I was pregnant, my gynea told me it is safe for pregnancy if that’s what you’re worried about :)

i use it too during 1st pregnancy
