Body ache

I’m feeling body ache and muscles pain. I used to put salonpas / yoko yoko. Can I still use it now?

The ingredient inside are not suitable for pregnancy.. You can go for pre natal massage. It help me alot with my sciatic pain. Sharp pain in my butt I have difficulty walking.. I did once and the pain went away

When can we start pre natal massage? My whole back is so achy

Better not. Salonpas did indicate that it’s not safe to use during pregnant or breastfeeding
