Tummy fats

I have given birth close to 1 and a half year but my tummy is still big and I still have 4kg that I’m unable to shed off the weight. Any suggestion other than exercising?

Meal replacement with low caloric food/milkshake (start with 1 meal a day) No snacking/drinks other than water Intermittent fasting Even if no intensive exercising, housework/brisk walking helps
