Child Seat in taxi.
I have been turned down a few times when I've ordered a taxi in the past few days. They say that they can't take my 7 year old without a child seat. Shouldn't the taxi drihave a portable car seat with them? Or do you carry your own booster seat?
Taxis shouldn't be an issue... Only grab and gojek can't take kids withou carseat. But u can choose the option to call for grab family if u have a child with u
Its should be private hire cars. And it is due to insurance wise i suppose. And if talking about grab, you can actually book the car with booster seat.
It's fine for taxi even without child seat.. but not for grabcar.. if you book grabfamily, they will provide booster seat.

Not required on taxi but required on private hire cars, though some may allow on their oen accord
