Don't feel bad, if hindi talaga kaya wag na ipilit pumasok sa work. Hindi naman nila sasagutin pag may nangyari sa baby mo. Focus on what matters.
Ask for permission at your working place to rest....it will be difficult for you to be working or all your Chou's the way you are doing them before is not easy at all....

same feeling but mas emotional ako this pasr few weeks konting salita lang mejo dinidibdib ko and prone ako sa sipon... nahihirpan din ako mtulog...
Same here, akala ko pag 2nd trimester na magaan na yung feeling, konting galaw nalulula ako agad, nagsusuka rin ako every time na itetake ko ung pre natal vitamins ko na OBiMin
same here sa gabi ko iniinom bago matulog.
Ako maramdamin konting bagay lang at pagsalitaan lang ako ng hndi ko gusto sumasama loob ko at umiiyak ako.
Aq 16weeks pregnant madami aq ngaun nararansan na parang pagkahilo bigla2 medio hirap dumumi minsan masakit ang puson balakang at mas matindi madalas mangimay ang buong katawan
same situation so I decided to quit in my job 🥺 this is my last month in my work. Hopefully I easily find after giving birth for my baby. 🙏
