Idea To Eat Healthy

I am 12weeks pregnant. Every 3 hours I'm gonna feel hungry. Is it normal? and I'm afraid I'm gonna gain weight too fast! Any idea what should I eat? Fruits okayla tp selalu sgt muak. I always look for something heavy like nasi, mee, tosei... Huh...

its normal during pregnancy....try makan kerap every 2 to 3 hours tapi ambik portion yg sedikit. lagi bagus kalau makan satu buah apple, vegetables without rice when ur hungry on day time. kalau malam minum susu ibu. jgn terlampau makan takut baby overweight...pastu kena minum air gula. haizzz....boleh muntah minum air gula ni.make sure jg baby sihat n ur health jugak sihat. take care.

paling penting eat healty food,tk naik berat badan,avoid makanan yg berlemak,bergoreng eat more vege,fruits,drink more plain water.

Cuba buat buah dgn salad yg boring tu jd lagi sedap mcm mkn buah dgn yogurt ke, salad mkn dgn dressing campur dada ayam grill ke udang grill ke, sbb sy masa pregnant dulu awal2 pun mcm tu tp risau bdn naik mendadak 😆

Normal je untuk preggy mummy. Saya dulu pun mcm tu. Nasib baik berat naik just nice je. Yg penting kena makan buah byk. Saya dulu pregnant suka makan buah especially buah jambu batu ☺️

sama goes to me. Cara saya, saya blend susu+kurma (kdg2 pisang), oat, madu.. Owh so sedap n kenyang ☺️ selalu buat waktu pagi dgn sblum tdo. 👌✌️

i'm getting hungry every 1hour, kalau lambat ckit je. saya akan hilang tenaga dan x larat buad ap2. stiap 1jam msti makan, penat 😔

apple every day in the morning before lunch or during tea time is very good for both of ur health. susu ibu pun bagus sgt.

normal momy. masa pregnant sya pun macam tu . tpi sya xde control makanan sya makan je 😂

blh je mkan kerap tp kontrol kuantiti,nanti nurse bising berat naik byk

nanti kena minum air gula kalau berat naik banyak . perit tekak tahan manis
