Use nursing cover. Every 3 hr
Use a nursing cover! I’ve done it in a bus and in car before. I started off with pumping 3 times at work. Now that my child is bigger I do once before work, once during lunch and once after work.

I'm using a nursing cover. My work only allow me to pump once.
