How do you ladies cope with pre-/post-period bloat? All the gas makes me dizzy and irritable. I do drink ginger tea but it does little to help. And I feel hungry every hour, even after eating a proper meal. This drives me crazy every month!
My mom always say not to drink cold water. Do a hot compress on your belly maybe?
I drink ginger tea too, also, warm water helps for me as well!
Hi, Please have lukewarm water. It really helps
Can try lemon juice.. eat some biscuits
Avoid cold drinks as it will cause gas
