First trimester bloat

Need advice on how to get over first trimester woes, from worries to the bloating, nauseousness symptoms to feeling depressed and tired. Had to stop all physical activity due to a condition and that really cause me to feel down. Any advice on how to self motivate through this period and any food recommendations to reduce bloat will be appreciated 🥺#firsttimemom #advicepls

yes me too stop all my favourite sports n that make me feel very down. started to go for morning easy walks and cycling on pcn makes me feel better. I'm at week 12

take one day at a time, mommy. i always keep telling myself, as long as i have nausea, baby is safe and growing and that is my motivation to get through it all.

Did u request for meds from doc for nausea? Im on diclectin and 80% of the time i can function normally because of it

I have that as well but it doesn’t really work for me unfortunately :(

I jus keep burping. Hahaha

I keep burping but sometimes it gets stuck 😂😅
