I tried moving my baby to a brighter place to sleep and allowed more noise in the day. also made our interactions more hyper. in the night, all's dark except a little light, whisperings, no eye contact and minimal talking. doesn't really work. he developed his sleep pattern naturally with continuous sleep after every feed in the night. in the day, he's unstoppable (jumping, screaming, laughing, minimal sleep). He's close to 6 months now.

Yes it’s definitely possible to set a good sleep pattern at such a young age. You need to start a routine. I recommend starting by giving baby a shower, then a massage and change to pyjamas. 1 good night story. 1 lullaby and then tuck into cot with blanket and a bottle of milk. Repeat same routine every night at same time for one week. Baby should start falling into routine then. Good luck!

for my babygirl, at 3 months old, she was able to follow the sleep routine i set for her (8pm bedtime, dreamfeeds 3hrly if she wants). now shes 6 months old, sleep regression screwing her routine😪😪😪 but you can alsways try to see what suits u and your baby :)

Always start a routine the moment baby is brought home. I will give a evening warm wipe down. change Into long sleeves and on some soothing baby music for them to wind down. Dim the lights to create a soothing environment for them too.

haha! well, you really can't set anything. either they sleep or they dont. I was simply lucky that my lo was literally an alarm clock. she would sleep bang at 10 and wake up bang at 4am. not a min more not a min less!

I did a routine for my baby since she's 1 month old somehow she follows the routine very well until 16 months. like after wake up milk then shower and off the nap again after meal nap.

Yes it's possible! Do a routine! Once it hits 6-7pm, i will do a wipe down follow by wearing pyjamas. then dim lights.
