How do you manage your time if you have to look after both your child and parents?

Having extra help from a nanny or a domestic helper would be a blessing for sure! That will allow you to designate certain duties to her while you have some time for yourself to do your own things. In the case that that convenience is not available then try and plan out your day in such a way that you have some time to your self at the start or the day before the wake up or at the end of the day after they have slept off.

If finances allow for it, get a domestic helper. Otherwise, get a part time helper for the house chores so you can focus better on taking care of your children and parents. It is unfortunately quite tough to have your own time if you are unable to leave either of them alone without supervision. Maybe when they are sleeping?

It's all about prioritizing. I know it's difficult but if it's within budget a nanny would help take a load off your shoulders. Teach your children how to do simple chores and to be more independent.
