Now eat some yoghurt/curd with the rice. Drink coconut water. Also avoid medicine other than folio acid and multi vitamin. For any problem please use home made remedies if possible. And consuming things like curd and coconut water and whole fruits will keep your body cool which is essential through out the pregnancy.

No! Milk might disturb more but not curd. It actually soothes and calms your stomach from inside. It works for me...... Might differ in every women..

Hi, I habe bad constipation before pregnant too, and well i guess Fish Oil helps me alot.. now that im in my 5weeks pregnancy. Eat more fruits which contains small seed, like Banana, Strawberry, kiwi etc. Yoghurt helps too... And of cos drink more water... No coffee or gassy drinks. Hope it helps!

Hi dear...eat properly as ur body requires proper nutrition... Take coconut water...apples...nuts such as almonds,kaju avoid kishmish... Eat ghee Have green veggies like palak n other bhaaji to cure constipation

First of all drink plenty of water.. try to have wheat items like broken wheat upma or wheat chapatis, etc. The fibre content in wheat can ease constipation... it really helps...

Eat more fruits..nd eat carrot also..it helps for digestion problem..dialy mrng take breakfast before 8.am..dont take any tablets without doctor suggestion

Eat banana, drink milk with 1 tea spoon of ghee before sleep at night, drink 1 ltr of hot water once u awake before brush ur teeth

M also 7 week pregnant but m not liking food..but i eat whatever i crave.. Either its healthy or not.. But mouth tastes like vomit

try and add loads of greens to your diet, a laxative should help for constipation pls consult your gynac

include spinach in ur daal..n in generally include a lot of fiber in ur food to avoid constipation
