just pregnant

Hiii .i am 7 week pregnant and i don't like to eat anything. I eat steam rice only without dal and now m suffering from constipation problem. How to fight with this problem i dont know

    include spinach in ur daal..n in generally include a lot of fiber in ur food to avoid constipation
