I value sincerity, so I would really like something handmade. Otherwise, I prefer things which are practical for daily usage. It depends on what your husband likes. If he likes golf, you could buy him a new golf set or something which he likes. In general, men are really simple. A nice night out away from the kids along with a staycation at a nice hotel would make for a really memorable and eventful anniversary.
