Help! Is it normal na mangitim yung nipples ko , first time magpa breastfeed and sobrang sakit na nya. I noticed na nangingitim yung nipples ko and naninigas yung tip na parang naglalangib na sugat!

try using nipple cream or breastmilk and air dry.
