yes. it's best to take whatever gynae give if you have issue swallowing you can find gummies vitamins online but make sure the content is almost the same or even better.
try just swallow it with cold water,it works for me,and think that youre just swallowing food not vit.😊 im also struggling about thay😅 but now im kinda use to it,
I take obimin in the morning with breakfast with half cup of orange juice to best absorb multivitamin. Then, take fish oil in between breakfast. Calcium in the after lunch.
myself having constipation problem taking those pills. so i split them to taking alternate days 😅. and drink milk/high calcium soya whenver i can.
Get the pill cutter from watson. I use it to cut calcium tablet and obimin as those are really huge for me to swallow without triggering vomit.
Your ob-gyne prescribed those vitamins to keep you healthy. If you can’t swallow big tablets, try cutting them up into smaller pieces.
actually if you eat well, it should be ok but maybe you could tell your doctor about it and she would be able to advise you better
Yes, best to take. However, if you have issue swallowing, u might want to consult with gynae on alternative brands of supplements.
When I told my Gynae that I couldn’t swallow so many large pills, he prescribed calcium gummy for me instead. Maybe that helps!
i took obimin n fish oil only. i guess if u don like calcium pill, can ask doctor whether can replace with maternity milk?
