HELP Pregnant mummy supplements compulsory ?

Gynae gave me multi vitamin pills, calcium tablets and fish oil as daily pregnancy supplements to take. But it’s really hard to swallow so many big pills every day, is it really a must to take the 2 calcium tablets everyday and other vitamin pills ? Or is it possible to replace it with other food options or possibly there are smaller size of tablets ? I am a really bad at swallowing tablets and pills type of person >

Gynae asked me to drink one cup of maternal milk each day. So I wasn’t given calcium tablets. I only take multivitamin.

Yes advisable to take.. U can split it into 2 to 3 separate feeding time.. So u don't have to eat all at 1 go

I would think of baby and try my best to eat. :) cut the pills if they are too big for you. Hang in there!

ask if there's another type of calcium tablet. mine came in gummy form so I just chew it like candy.

It is good for the baby and you. Try to ask gynae for alternative

I took everything diligently.... even up to breast feeding time
