Do you give/feed your toddler oatmeal? I've read that oatmeal is healthier than rice.

Yes, but only for breakfast or merienda. As much as possible I don't encourage my kids to eat oatmeal as a replacement for rice. But oatmeal is definitely a healthy choice for kids, especially rolled oats.

I tried oatmeal on my 10-m.o. She likes it but she poops right after eating it. i guess it's because oatmeal is super rich in fiber.

Yes, my daughter loves it! It's a good, quick breakfast option when what we're having for breakfast isn't really toddler-friendly

I haven't tried yet but maybe i should. He eats tsamporado a lot though.

Yes. I mix it with mashed fruit or veggie for my 10 month old daughter.
