No Yolk Sac and Embryo seen yet at 5weeks and 5days

Hello Everyone! Was diagnosed with pcos 9years ago and have gone work up pregnancy to conceive and now 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant. However, my last transv stated that no yolk sac and embryo seen yet but with corpus leteum and my hcg result was low. Currently, I am experiencing spotting and cramps. Anyone of you have experienced the same but now is successful with pregnancy?

same tayo nyan magpa ultrasound ka ulit pag 8 weeks na ang tiyan mo. May Pcos din ako before ganyan daw talaga ang may pcos late ang development ng baby sa tiyan. but usually its normal lang naman 6weeks yolk sac palang nakita sakin then may bleeding , binigyan agad ako ng pampakapit then after 8 weeks may embryo na lumabas at normal ang heartbeat.

same tayo momsh. may pcos din ako at di ko alam na preggy ako until naramdaman ko na nabigat boobs ko. nagka spotting din ako before at niresetahan ng pampakapit dahil maselan ako magbuntis. now, mag 7mos na si baby sa tummy ko. 🥰
