Epidural. Yes or no?
To epidural or not to epidural??
I'm not giving it as an option for me. I want to feel the baby coming out😊
Hi... if you can tahan the pain, try not to opt for epidural. I heard that it cause severe back aches as you age...
I heard lot cases even they initially opt out epidural but regret and take it during delivery...🤐
If for CSEC opt for epidural. If normal vaginal birth it’s upto individual’s pain endurance.
epidural is very helpful ,unless you are very strong build like a stone you may skip it

i didnt want to use epidual but ended up giving in, cos really cannot take it. :)
Whichever your body is comfortable with. I was comfortable with entonox gas.
