Nutrition Simple Soup With Noodles

Enough for 1-2pax Ingredients 1 Potato(In cube) 1 Carrot(In cube) 1 Yellow Onion(big pieces) 1 Type of Vegetable(Ur prefer) 1 Meat(Chicken/Pork/Beef in cube) Small portion of Ikan bilis(Can add more to boost sweetness)*Remove the head for healthier soup base* 500ml to 1 litres of water(Base on Estimated as I put 3/4 of the pot filled with water) **Don't need any seasoning** Steps 1. Put Carrot, Potato & Yellow Onion into boiling water. Boil for about 15-30min, depend on your cube size. Follow by Ikan bilis. 2. Soak meat into hot water to clear away all the unwanted fats and follow by cold water 3. Add Meat, Vegetables & noodles to boil till the everything are fully cooked. *Boil as long as possible for the sweetness* Ready to serve??! You can treat it as soup with rice or add noodles. Enjoy this healthy soup??!
