Do you think necessary magpabrace ang mga bata, especially kung hindi naman masyado sungki ang permanent teeth nya? Or purely aesthetic lang ba ang purpose nito?

I don't think it's necessary kung di naman masyadong crooked. Although if you have the funds for it, then why not?
