anak ko lagi ko pinapa inom water lalo pa hyper ,hirap din siya nakapoop kaya ng pinapedia namin, pina stop muna siya s apaborito niyang apple ibang fruits muna siya.

drink more water talaga, para ma cleanse lahat ng food na naitake nya.para na rin laging hydrated and pinapakain ko rin ng mga watery fruits?

Drink more water and make sure na nakakapag exercise ang kids. Kahit yung physical na laro gaya ng biking, running or walking.
