Mostly children now a days they drink few water, I recognize it with my 2 kids specially my 5 years old son, sometimes its because of the weather when they find it cold they don't drink to much water, but when it was hotter weather they drink too much water. As a Mom i usually feed them more water even when its cold weather making sure they are not dehydrated every time, sometimes we ate along rich in fiber foods or fruits. or sometimes i gave them oatmeal.

To improve my son's digestion, I offer him to eat more veggies and fruits. Good thing din di maselan at mapili anak ko sa gulay at mahilig din siya kumain ng prutas kaya less worries sa digestion. More water din po siya di siya mahilig sa mga juices at inaavoid ko po siyang bigyan ng mga processed foods.

Para maimprove ko ang digestion ng anak ay bibigyan ko siya ng prutas na makakatulong sa kanya para mapadali ang pag digest at syempre paiinomin ko din siya ng maraming tubig. Sisiguraduhin ko din na iiwasan ko ang pagpakain sa kanya ng mga pagkain na mahirap tunawin.

drink more water kahit pakonti konti basta dalasan yung paginom. also give them fruits nakakahelp lalo na papaya my son is 3 years old pero nung nag 6 mos na sya pinapakaen ko na sya ng papaya pero naka blender kaya nasanay din sya kumain ng fruits and vegetables.

I Always make sure they have plenty of water to drink para ma improve and digestion ng mga kids ko dahil parati silang active and I also serve them variety of meals para masanay ang panlasa nila sa fruits and vegetables. plan ahead 🥰

After namin sa pedia, i always offer water na kay Mx. Yun pala yung hndi ko masyado na monitor and lapses ko talaga yun ang d sya mapainom lagi :( ngayon lagi ko na sya binibigyan ng water and natural fruit juice.

Dati si baby mahirap painumin ng water ngayon anlakas na ni yang uminom sa awa ng diyos kahit pagkain mahirap din at ngayon magana na sya isasama lang talaga ang mga unhealthy foods

Para saakin drink more water. Malakas ang 3 years old daughter ko sa water. Wala ako naging problem sakanya malakas din kumain ng fibre-rich food and fruits #EasyonDigestion
