Happy Breastfeeding Month! As a first time Nanay very thankful ako dahil isa ako sa biniyayan na magkaroon ng milk supply. Napakahalaga ng pagpapasuso lalo na sa first 1,000 days ni baby dahil maraming benepisyo at nutrisyon ang pwedeng makuha sa gatas nating mga nanay and big help din Ito upang maiwasan/ makaiwas si baby sa anong mang banta ng sakit. Being a breastfeeding mom was not easy lalo na sa umpisa. Sa first week journey ko sa pagpapadede naiiyak na lang talaga ako dahil sa sobrang sakit. Dumating sa point na parang ayaw ko na, tama na pero pinush ko padin talaga because I want to give what is best for my baby. We all know that breast milk is one of the best things we can provide for our child. Kahit halos wala akong tulog, walang ligo, wala sa tamang oras ang pagkain, walang pinipiling oras at lugar lahat kakayanin basta para sa anak. Habang tumatagal mas na enjoy ko na ang pagpapadede at isa ito sa mga hindi ko makakalimutan dahil eto ang naging unang daan upang mag connect at mag bonding kaming mag-ina. Sa 6 months journey ko sa pagpapadede masasabi kong worth it lahat ng puyat, sakripisyo, sakit at hirap ko🥰. Breastfeeding is not always easy. But it's always worth it. Salute to all breastfeeding Mommas. Enjoy your breastfeeding journey🥰. Aside from breastfeeding we need also a healthy lifestyle and get vaccinated because vaccine saves life.
