blood stain together with mucus

Hi.. dear moms, and mom to be... Im 7weeks 4days as of today.. My lower abdomen keep having cramp pain feeling... After urinating.. while washing i could see the blood stain with the mucus... before this itself i had brown discharge when i was 5weeks. Got admitted, doc gave hormone jap and tablets for 2weeks... first baby kinda worried... 2weeks there was no bleeding.. al of sudden tdy can see the stain.. not to much.. jus a little bit... from noon til now.. lik a dot... mixture wit mucus.. what shall i do?? Is it anythin to worry about...???
