is it normal to have lump behind nipples?they said because of high estrogenn

My DD has a like-a-lump behind her nipples. Is this something to be worried of? When i touch it she does not fuss or cry. Its nipples are normal and shes all fine even when touched.

any update po sa baby nyo? ano po ginawa nyo para mwala mawala ang bukol. may bukol po kasi baby ko ngayon. nag worry na po kasi ako
